Join us for a night out watching this musical comedy about a most unlikely new "King". This is the Dinner Theatre 's 10th consecutive production and it promises to be a GREAT show!! Seniors/Farmers Curling League Thursday Mornings 10am Location: Morris Curling Club Starts at the end of October Contact Larry McCrady 746 - 2076 Walk, Stretch & Refresh Calling all seniors to get off the couch and get moving and socializing!! Join us for a walking and stretching program that will provide more benefits than staying closed up in your house all day!! Wheelchairs & Walkers are welcome!! Tuesday mornings Fee: FREE but you MUST register Starting again in the New Year! Location: Morris Arena & Curling Club The track is open to all walkers Instructor led stretching Coffee & Socializing The Program The walking track around the ice surface will be reserved just for seniors, and you can come and walk 1 lap or as many as you want. Our qualified instructor will lead the group in a stretching program geared towards seniors at 10:30am that will focus on breathing and lengthening of the muscles. Stretching can be done seated, standing or leaning against the railing. At 11am coffee is perked and a light snack will be provided to help replenish the calories burned. Incentives....everyone who participates will get a card for each time they attend. Those who get 7 punches will be entered to win fun prizes at the end of the program. Wii Bowling Exchange
Are you interested in something new and exciting to kick start your day?  This 

inter-generational program will have you learning a new fun way to get exercise and give

you an opportunity to socialize with some of our community's youth.  This program 

will take place twice a week (dates to be announced), with one day spent at the Curling 

Club playing Wii Bowling with school aged children, and the other day will be spent at the

Morris School doing other fun activities.
